A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Appointment must be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment time for deposit refundwith certain exceptions of illness, inclement weather and emergencies . 
• Same day cancellations will be charged full deposit with certain exceptions of illness, inclement weather and emergencies.
• There will be no refunds on services performed past 15 minutes and deposit will be retained.
• Call, text or cancel online
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)

•  20% First Time Visits and Gift certificate purchases  
• Buy 5 get 6th free are for comprehensive therapy, must be used within 60 days and are Non-refundable after 60th day 
• Monthly reoccurring automatic payment member rates of $20 off regular rates. 
• $10 off next visit if a referral books and receives service and uses your name upon receiving service. 
•  Full remainder of payment is required by end of completed service. You will receive an invoice for the balance in your email prior to appointment. 
• Due to being a clinical healthcare provider tips are not a standard in this practice although they can be added upon checkout or cash handed upon departure, but the therapist will not be able to provide cash back. 
• You will need 2 sheets and 1 pillow case. 
• Please indicate whether you have pets.
